Creamy Tuna Pasta (Free From: Dairy, Egg, Gluten, Oat, Tomato)

Who needs a quick , cheap and easy idea for dinner tonight?

You can make this in the time it takes to cook the pasta! 

What you will need:

  • Tinned Tuna
  • Gluten Free Pasta
  • Dairy Free Soft Cheese (Sainsbury’s Garlic & Herb or Plain)
  • Sweetcorn
  • Onion
  • Almond Milk (To loosen to desired consistency) can use whichever milk substitute
  • Chopped Parsley 
  • Optional: Garlic Bread (Tesco Free From Frozen)


It’s so simple, just vary ingredients to what suits you! (I personally would have this much creamier if I was making this for myself, but my kids don’t like things too saucy.) 

The garlic bread definitely makes it too 😋
