- Sunflower oil
- Sugar/ cinnamon
- Chinese 5 Spice
- Wash the kale and dry it with kitchen roll.
- Tear off any of the tough stems (so that just the leaves remain)
- Put onto baking parchment (try not to overload as best you can, but also be aware they will shrink!)
- Drizzle with oil
- Add your flavour (salt, sugar, Chinese 5 spice)
- I you are in a rush bake for 6-7 mins at 180C or otherwise put on low and leave them until they become crispy!
- Put in a air tight container
