Kale Crisps 


  • Kale
  • Salt
  • Sunflower oil


  • Sugar/ cinnamon  
  • Chinese 5 Spice 

Method :

  1. Wash the kale and dry it with kitchen roll. 
  2. Tear off any of the tough stems (so that just the leaves remain)
  3. Put onto baking parchment (try not to overload as best you can, but also be aware they will shrink!)
  4. Drizzle with oil 
  5. Add your flavour (salt, sugar, Chinese 5 spice) 
  6. I you are in a rush bake for 6-7 mins at 180C or otherwise put on low and leave them until they become crispy!
  7. Put in a air tight container
