My kids LOVE these.
I’ll admit this is a bit of a cheat recipe! I will post a recipe for homemade polenta chips at a later date. But for now, we all need a really quick & easy allergy friendly snack/ meal accompaniment.
Buy some precooked polenta from Tesco & Morrison (75p) and also Amazon.
Ingredients:
Italfresco Polenta (Precooked)
Sunflower Oil
Method:
- Buy some Italfresco Polenta
- Cut it into chip shapes (You can even get your toddler to help you!)
- Season with pepper (they are naturally quite salty, so no need for salt!
- Fry in non stick pan
- If you have time, finish off browning in the oven to make them extra crispy
